I'm still in a lot of pain today. Very inactive. I'm going to try some stretches tomorrow on my Total Gym. Yesterday I had less than 7 grams of carbs and 1000 calories. I've only had 6 grams of carbs today and less than 1500 calories, yet I'm still not in ketosis. I'm not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow. I'm going to do some more research to see what I can do to get into ketosis.
