So, when I was 20 I weighed 165 lbs
I got down to 135 in two months
I ate ALOT of beans with hotsauce.
Alot of times Id mix peas & chickpeas.
Im going to start eating more beans again & lots more water. Sadly the longest Ive stuck to a diet in years is like 10 days. I made a goal chart & Ill X off a day every day I eat less than 1600 calories. The chart holds 36 days.
Im going to try my absolute hardest to X off every day. I feel really motivated & Im hoping my attitude stays this way.
