Stayed on track yesterday even though I spent day with sibs to celebrate my youngest sister's birthday.
Dinner at Pf Chang. Ginger Chicken and broccoli no rice. yum
188.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
