It’s totally normal that after a day of “overeating” u gain weight....but this is just water weight n if I get back on track it will go away in 2-3 days. Notice on chart I’m still under goal so by the end of the week if my weekly average is 1750 it’s like I never over ate 😆 I now it’s amazing 😍💕
