Kemeshiwar's Journal, 20 January 2018

I'm really proud of myself for getting my butt to the gym! This morning I walked all over the zoo with the family. It's on a steep hill so my legs were feeling it.

Then, when girl child went down for nap, I told hubby I was going to the gym. He said "But you walked all over the zoo." Yep, I did, at a very casual pace that the toddler kept up with. And I've got more in me, so I'm going to the gym and getting that treadmill game on!

Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I hope it pays off! Last week didn't show a huge loss, so if I hit that 319 mark I'll be back on pace to lose my 30 lbs before my trip and hopefully avoid having to buy new capri pants!

Thanks! I've found that going to the gym somehow changes my mindset and keeps me more accountable with what I eat. I know I'm not burning that many cals because my fitness level is pretty low. I'm trying to improve my stamina for walking because I'm taking the kids to our first ever trip to Disneyland in 6 weeks! :)

Great, I try to move for a least an hour a day mainly for health. Keeps my bp down. Disney will be great, enjoy!
