4.2 lbs lost!! Wow! There is hope that I could be in the 150's. So, what I changed this week is I added more cardio and ate 20 or less carbs. I am going to keep that as a goal for this week. I'm so excited.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
