Today was a busy day and I knew it would be. I had a two hour lesson of on-you-feet work and then revision...1 and a half hour exam! And then...quick revision and break! My breakfast was small and my lunch was a banana! That was pretty slimfast I think so! Then my dinner was reasonable but basically just water, little bit of flour, onions and an oxo cube! Then some sultanas and a bit of muesli! Overall todays gone well and it was a bonus to notice those digits falling on the scales! Keep it going and stay motivated!
