Yay !! Day 3 in Ketosis and I have lost 4 lbs !! Hope to stay strong and not cheat so I can stay in Ketosis I’m going to try for 60 days and if I can stay with it I can have a whole new healthy way to eat . My stomach feels so much better no gas or bloating or constipation and even though I feel overly tired in the evenings , I feel great in the morning. I’m going to continue to ask God for strength he is the one who has given me the strength to resist temptation and FS has given me the support!!
189.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
