decided to have a serving of spaghetti and some whiskey last night, that should hold over my carb cravings for awhile, wish the numbers were lower, but progress is progress
275.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds funny but my carb cravings went away when I cut my carbs Great drop!
