Due to a back injury I have not been able to follow my diet or log in as regularly as I was. Have to get back on track and lose the weight again.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1492 kcal Fat: 52.94g | Prot: 86.79g | Carb: 179.28g.   Breakfast: Coffee, triscuit rosemary & olive oil, vanilla silk light soymilk, Fennel candy (silver). Lunch: double fiber bread, light vanilla silk soymilk, kombucha gingerade,  thin cheese slices, ham deli slices, coffee, mayonnaise lowfat. Dinner: tofu, ramen, chicken breast, egg, corn, seaweed. more...
