Why am i not losing weight!!!! Sticking to the diet fairly well, but have not been consistent with the exercise....i KNOW that is it! Exercise is key!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
