Didn't get much sleep at all, and have been under some stress. Hopefully it doesn't hurt my progress.

Been eating less and less every day, but sort of unconsciously. Maybe I've trained my stomach to want less food?

But when does that whole "starvation mode" thing kick in? I hope I'm eating enough so that I'm still losing without my body hanging on to every last calorie.

Soreness gone, so gym tonight! Finally.

Sounds like you are on the right track. I am getting myself back together myself - and stress is our worst enemy. I have joined the gym and I am now on a coed softball team (a lot of fun) but boy when you run the bases I feel I want to die. Make sure you eat lots of small meals that way you do not go hungry at all. Eating 6 small meals is good I hear - of course lots of veggies and fruits. Today found myself in grocery store looking at the labels. the weight watchers meals are full of carbs (no good). Good luck with you diet
