Well well, look at that. I almost lost 10 pounds this week. Yes that is surely all fat lost...NOT! LOL, well some of it is fat of course but most of it will be water weight and some of it will be a less inflamed liver (from not drinking). Still as diets go this is working out well for me. I haven't been ravenous (sometimes I have to MAKE myself eat), and it is relatively easy to follow.
For my next week weigh in I predict a more modest 3-5lbs lost and with that I will be pleased. That is more reasonable I think.
