Stomach pain probably from the brown rice. Did some research and it looks like there are much better benefits to eating six times a day rather than four. I will not be adding extra meals but will take part of my meal and spread it out to two meals. Perhaps this will let the digestive system work better.

it's actually better to eat fewer times a day, some of the healthiest people eat omad or intermittent fast. it's how we used to eat when the nation was healthier. when they started pushing more meals throughout the day and more bread mire carbs is when our nation started to decline healthwise :( you also spend more money when you eat multiple times a day. just food for thought. look up. benefits of intermittent fasting :)

Thanks 8Patty. Yes they are. Was scheduled to have them removed but some of the blood work looked a little abnormal and so the surgeon wants to wait a few weeks. But yes I plan on having that surgery. 💖
