Huh, no change in weight despite implementing all of the "right" procedures for proper weight loss. Perhaps I've hit that metaphorical "plateau". Nevertheless, at least remaining steady is much better than going up...not to mention a more healthy and sustainable way for gradually losing weight. So until next Friday...
192.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
