Went to Applebee's last night. Of all the foods I ordered, I am in shock with the calorie count of the mozzarella sticks. I only at 3 of the 4 and did not use the marinara. I wonder what accounts for the 970 total calories?
Today I am up 2 lbs. This roller coaster is crazy. Each week I am bouncing up and down at least 7-8 lbs.
Going out to Dong Khan today, I am sure that is going to add to my sugar count as well. I wonder if they have a nutritional handout?
