I decided that I was going to juice on the 11th and I was doing good for a couple of days but with me getting migraines for the past couple of years I came to the conclusion that , that might not be the best for me so I start eating only fruits , vegetables, nuts & sometimes maybe like 2 days out of the week I will eat like a cup of food. The food that I did eat when I ate a cup of food was not bad at all.

Anyways I am a little depressed because I feel like I am not losing enough weight. I lost 7 pounds since the 11th but that isn’t enough to me .. I am discouraged and don’t know what to do 😩

Just keep pushing through and remember weightless is like a rollercoaster. You will go up and down before reaching the ultimate goal. Don't get discouraged and a loss is a loss and any progress is good progress even if it's a small amount it's still in the right direction. Hang in there. You didn't gain all weight overnight so it's not going to come off overnight. I have to keep telling myself that and it helps me.
