I totally went over today due to my husband picking up raising canes (omg that sauce is terribly high in calories) and I made brownies for work, so I had 2 and some milk. But I still tracked though. And that's an important step for me to track even when I go over.

Yes always track so u can have a idea of how much u ate. I found that one does not loss weight with one salad the same goes for weight gain, one does not gain weight with one “bad” choice 😉
