Maintenance. I've worked so hard all my adult life to lose those last few pounds and I finally did it. All these years that I have spent researching, experimenting through trial and ughhh!- error, and relentlessly studying, have finally paid off. I have such an amazing feeling of inner peace within myself. Maintaining this new weight of 126-129 for my 5" 6 1/2 in. frame is easy so far. now I know what I'm doing, what needs to be done, and how to do it. Life is good!
