1/4 cup sunflower kernels

I've been cutting the mayo in half and mixing it with sour cream or blended cottage cheese. You maintain the taste of the mayo or Miracle Whip, but save half of the calories and get a nice protein bump. :)

You can swap out the sour cream for plain greek yogurt and cut more fat and boost protein. They taste almost the same. :)

Bricks are from Christmas Abbott’s Badass Diet They are a way of keeping track of your macros For “modifiers” (me) 1 brick = 7g protein, 5g carbs, 1.5g fat
