I have lost 95 pounds as of this morning. I am just 25 pounds from my goal. I wasn't sure if I could maintain the will power it would take to keep this diet/excercise regiment going long enough to lose 120 pounds, but I have. In fact, every small goal I passed was all I needed to keep going. If I was to give anyone advice I would humbly offer these insights...

1. Set a long term goal, and several small short term goals (120 pounds, but 10 pounds at a time)

2. Do not deprive yourself, just fill up on healthy foods BEFORE you allow yourself a couple bites of your cheat. this way you get that pizza, or that ice cream, or that <insert your treat here> but only in very small amounts and not often.

3. Mistakes and bad choices happen, as do planned cheat meals or even days. Do not think they won't. Just be ready to say... ok that was bad (in a great tasting way), but I need to get back on track now. Think of it like a vacation. You are free from your job for a bit, but we have to back and work to make money. Same with dieting and excercise.

I hope this advice can reach someone that can use it, have a great day!
