1122 kcal Fat: 70.83g | Prot: 74.00g | Carb: 52.16g.   Breakfast: Egg, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, banana, mushrooms, onion, radish, spinach. Lunch: ball park hamburger patty, pork rinds, onion, mayonnaise, lettuce, hamburger dill pickles. Dinner: ranch dressing, fresh express 5050 mix, Gorton's Salmon fillet, broccoli & cauliflower. Snacks/Other: weight watchers giant chocolate cookies and cream, david & Son's sunflower seeds. more...
