Today has been good so far. Im learning to walk instead of stress. I was able to get a 30 minute walk in during my lunch break and I actually met me goal of high protein low carb for breakfast and lunch today!!!! I slowly turning my diet into a lifestyle. It seems to be getting easier with each day. The walk was awesome. I was starting to stress about stuff at work and at home and the walk allowed me to clear my head and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine! Hopefully I'll be able to incorporate this into my daily routine or at the least a couple times a week!!!!!

Yes, yes, yes!!! Keep going and remember that routine is half the battle. If you can get into a routine it will become natural and part of daily life rather than something you have to make a real conscious effort to do (listen to your own advice Carole). Well done to you :D
