Awww...what a beautiful day it is! I am very blessed to be alive and yes, I am still disappointed at myself for the way I look, but today I have turned a new leaf. I was at the gym this morning working out, went to subway and a great breakfast sandwhich (instead of a footlong with bacon), apple slices (instead of the chips I usually get), and milk (instead of soda). Starting off small, but it will turn into something bigger! I just need to keep telling myself, I CAN DO THIS!
