Today is a snow day 🤗. Instead of relaxing or sleeping in, I decided to get on the treadmill for the first time in a long time and cranked out a 30 minute walk. It was a last minute decision but I'm glad it did it.

I bet you felt better for having done it. I have promised myself to do a yoga DVD 5 days a week and I can tell a difference in how I feel after my 20 minute sessions.

I did feel better. It felt good to sweat and I hate sweating lol. The treadmill is right in my bedroom and I just told myself just walk today and depends on how you feel, do it tomorrow. I was in a bad car wreck that left me with permanent injuries to my lower back( we got rear ended by a distracted driver) and my back feels better when I walk.
