I have put on almost 20 pound since the death of my youngest son. I am trying to figure out how to do this. I feel so guility thinking of myself since he left. I decided today to start the low carb diet and a least get out and walk. will start the gym full time next Monday. I will go into deep depression if I also gain a lot of weight along with my son being gone.

Still to go: 64.8 lb.
Diet followed poorly.

I am sorry for your loss, loosing a child is an unimaginable loss. I dont know the circumstances of the loss but if you can find a 5k that benifits a cause that you could honor your son with work towards that, get your family involved and make sure they all know it is something you want to do to honor your son and you will work for it, just keep reminding yourself you are doing this for him. GOD Bless you and may your son always have his eye on you to move you forward in his honor.
