Hopefully it's muscle I gained... Had a 2500 calorie deficit total for the past two days but PiYo is getting more intense and definitely mildly kicking my butt (but, I am definitely able to do things I didn't use to!). Still not too intense that I can't handle the hurt the next day so I am still loving it and still able to do it every day!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
