Having a better day in as much as I do not feel unwell. On the flipside I ordered Pizza yesterday as my energies were so low I could just about look after kids. However I was really aware of how much I was eating which is a start at least.
The worst thing is that I promised my little sister we would watch a movie and get curry take out tonight so thats not good. Especially as I find it very hard to limit how much i order!!! I'm bad!
No take away for me next week at all maybe even two weeks!
