Still not managing 10000 steps every day but walking further most days than before this challenge. Have lost 2 lbs in the last week and have reached my current target weight lol. Now have to rest my target weight a step closer to my final goal.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
