Really enjoying this journey...even when I stall at the scale or fail in some Non Scale way.. It is really all about this community and hanging out with my "peeps" who are all staying with this...healthy way of life. The support element is wonderful.

Try for the different waist size approach - it will get you away from the weight scale cyndrome - I am down to 36 waist from a 44 - good to see ya - go down waist size!

Yep. It makes it much easier to do when you know your victory is going to be cheered on! 😃And easier to slough off the bad crap and get back on track because someone is always here who understands and can sympathize and give you a pat and get your butt pushed into gear again. LOL *gently* LOL 💁🏻‍♀️
