32.69 carbs for the day. Not what Atkins wants but I still do fine losing. Especially considering when I binge eat my carbs are out the roof. If I go to low with the carbs I get super shaky, anxiety sets in, get dizzy and all around feel bad. Since I'm losing just fine, 6 lbs in a week, I think 32.69 carbs is very acceptable. I know it will slow down but I will still lose. I've done this low carb thing before, too many times actually. Oh to have been born thin!!!!
