I haven't been tracking, but I've been paying attention to portion control.

I've a lovely set of containers that have been helping with that. I also found 1.18oz containers at my local grocery store, I'm so stoked to have individual serving size salad dressing containers!

I've been making my lunches for the week (salads) and last night I weighed all the main ingredients making them uniform. The meats, cheeses, and dressings I use can be added later as I switch them up.

It's another snow day, leaving us stuck at home. But my chickens continue to lay despite the weather and it seems like a good day to cook crustless quiche or, as my children call it, egg pie!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
