I seem to be very dehydrated lately. Im not sure why. Im drinking way more the minimum 64 oz of water they recommend. I have completely cut out sweet tea and sodas so that only leaves water for me. I honestly drink about 6-16oz bottles of water a day, not including the 2-20 oz cups I have at lunch. That's well over half my body weight. Even with all of this, Im constantly thirsty and my lips are always dry and parched.
