I started actively trying to lose weight mid Feb at the time I was 240 lbs.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually - "lose" is correct. We try to lose weight, not "loose" weight.
