I will lose 30lbs in 30 days!
I will exercise twice a day for at least 30 minutes and break a sweat!
I will get a full night's rest!
I will not eat any fried foods!
I will not eat any chips, cookies, sugary sweets, sugary cereal!
I will not overeat! I will not binge eat!
I will not eat any processed foods!
I will only eat raw fruits and veggies!
I will see results!
I will feel amazing!
I am starting today!
