I was at 135 pounds, I dropped down about 50 last time I was dieting. I was doing SO good! I was eating super healthy, working out everyday, looking great! but then I got my heart broken and got depressed. in the past month, I've eaten nothing but junk food, haven't worked out but once, and I've gained twenty pounds!!! this needs to come off. I'm going back on a diet. today is my last day not eating right and not working out. and I figure, if I keep a log, it'll keep me on track. it's going to be so hard to get back into the swing of things again though..
