Didn't have time to eat dinner yesterday, but overall, I think I made mostly good choices. I had some froyo but made sure to keep the portion small (1/2 cup total of red velvet and original tart mixed), and I loaded it up with fresh fruit toppings rather than the bad stuff.

Know what I didn't realize? How many calories are in rice! Ugh, reasons why I'm cutting down on grains - all carbs, little benefit.

Really sore from the gym yesterday. I've been working on my cardio endurance and have started - gasp - running. I used to hate running. I'm hating it less and less over time. And before yesterday, I never understood how people could get sick to their stomach from a hard workout - probably because I had never done a hard workout in my life, haha! But I was definitely feeling a little queasy for a minute after my run. It passed quickly and thankfully I didn't get sick in the gym =)

Will probably skip the gym tonight to let my muscles recover.
