Finally figured out the Keto diet. Only took 3 months. But I going hard this time.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1542 kcal Fat: 131.24g | Prot: 63.33g | Carb: 38.79g.   Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee, Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream, Fried Egg, Coffee. Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Wegmans Cooked Shrimp, Land O'Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream. Dinner: Broccoli . Snacks/Other: Great Value Hamburger Dill Chips Pickles, Avocados , Guerrero Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Great Value 100% Lemon Juice, Truvia Sweetener (Packet), Green Tea. more...
