Walked the Susan G. Komen 5k Race for the cure yesterday with my fiancee and our friends. Still finished ahead of her by 10 minutes without running it. I'm a bit sore today. I kept well hydrated and I did it, non-competitively. Maybe I could eventually run it. I'll have to check with the doctor and see what he says about starting to run. I'm really out of shape.
