Don't beat yourself up. It was only one time and you have been doing so great!! It is totally just water weight! I highly doubt you consumed over 17000 cals! Today just focus on lots of water and tomorrow you will be back down. You CAN totally do this! Saturday is over and today is the day to kick it back into gear and just move forward. =) YOU GOT THIS!

You have to have fun sometime! I know, I feel the same way after drinking/eating too much one day. I tell myself it is my freeby/cheat day, but I still get mad at myself. I did the same thing yesterday, I drank and I even ate bread, lots of it! I feel it right know..... Things will be ok, I was just amazed when I saw how far you have come. Congrats!

Don't let that scale get the best of you. The water weight will come right off and with your determination you'll be under 199 in no time. You got this!

I know you are all right, and thanks :) It just reminded me of why I started this no alcohol thing, and why I have to stick to it no matter what. I still feel bloated, and its already three days later...

It WILL pass hun. Maybe your body just reacted a bit differently because you haven't had any alcohol in a while. Whatever it is, it WILL pass and you will be back on the road to the promise land. =) Don't be so hard on yourself, and YES I KNOW when someone tells you that its kind of irritating....but coming from someone who self hates ALl the time....being hard on ourselves creates stress in the body which in turn does all kinds of stuff we don't want. YOU ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB!

You are doing SUPER! Don't be discouraged. It seems that occasionally going off the wagon actually helps in the weight loss regimen sometimes. You've got nothing to be ashamed of - unless of course, you did something when you were drunk that you wished you hadn't. LOL!
