Retta Smith's Journal, 13 January 2018

I cooked gizzards and gravy today for dinner, my gray is beef broth, coconut flour, diced red onion, and seasoning, I cooked them in the oven (no boiling) I add coconut flour and seasoning and cooked them in the oven until they had a crunchy texture, and made my gravy and placed in the gravy, and cooked them for about 30 minutes in the over until they was fork tender.

2nd picture is my low carbs peanut butter cookies, 2 tbsp. of natural peanut butter, 2 large eggs, pinch of baking powder, 1 capsule vanilla extract, 1 tbsp. of Tru-nut peanut butter powder, and a teaspoon of ground flaxseed, you can add more Splenda if you like a sweeter cookie.
