Big milestone for me...hit the first WW biggie at least in the"old"WW meetings...I've lost 10%!..I still have the keychain from 2001 so I awarded to myself..to thundering applause ( mine...lol)

288.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb. Still to go: 53.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 10.5 lb a week
