10st 12 Fat machine shocked into resurrection but caned me with a 26.4%. Which also, along with my ever tight jeans and the Wii board's low battery, makes me doubt this degree of success since Monday!! So I shall be cautiously pleased with this result but see how next week pans out. I'm on a mission (only a gentle one mind!) to do what I can (without excessive effort!) in time for our Feb hol to Iceland. You never know, if I can get back down to last Oct's weight at least I know I could get my ski pants on then, even if snug! A pound a week would be great, but at my age and laziness not the easily achievable result it used to be :(
152.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
