Day One

Okay....so here I go again, on the quest to lose weight. I have accepted the notion that I need to seek counseling with some emotional issues which may play a part in my food troubles. I am about to go to the gym and do my usual routine, which I have to confess is not working as well as I had thought. So, I have decided to find a trainer when I have the money in a couple of months. That and a therapist are probably the best gifts I could give myself at this point. I do not have a diet to follow, because I have followed them all and "know" what I should ultimately not be consuming frequently. I tend to lack consistency...so I am honestly just going to try to take this one day at a time. I am scared that I will fail again, but I will not be content unless I have tried.
