134 pounds of muscle

BMR = 370 + (21.6 x 60.78) = 1683 x 1.375 for slightly active = 2314
Reduce 2314 calories by 500 for weight loss = 1814

1683 x 1.55 (moderate exercise 3 to 5 times/week) = 2609 - 500 = 2109 calories
1683 x 1.45 = 2440 - 500 = 1940 calories
