I've been on low carb now for 5 days. I have lost 5 lbs since then. I've done low carb before but this time I looked up some really good recipes and have been so much more satisfied. I can eat a meal and not be hungry for hours. I also found some low carb desserts. Of course they are not like heaven but they take away the craving for sweets. I've done very well for someone who fell off the wagon. No cheats at all, not one bite. But now TOM has showed up and I'm petrified of the scale although I know it would just be water. Tonight's meal was pork and cabbage fried with onion and soy sauce, I also added a packet of bourbon chicken seasonings. Then I had some delicious cole slaw. I could eat that stuff forever. Very good dinner. So much better than having a piece of baked chicken and some broccoli. I am very satisfied and still full.
