started out my week great. was ready to hit the gym hard. did a 2 hr workout Tuesday where I had over 9600 steps. I was feeling good then about lunch I started dozing off. went to clinic after work and I had strep again. every time I get motivated, I get sick. I'm feeling better so this 2 lb gain should go away next week.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
