10st 1.5lb (1.5 *ON* at WW!) I had done lots of activity but felt a bit bloated on Wed so was pleased today that I did have a result after all:) Only 2.5 to go to my home goal!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
