Weight is still just bouncing around, back down to what I was a few weeks ago. Redid my RDI and it has dropped by 100 cal per day. I haven't been going overboard on the snacking and recording everything but I'm thinking that I have to move more. I got so lazy when my knees were bad and now its hard to get off my ass. I enjoy the yard work, well some of it, and walking the dogs but there are many other things I could be doing to get my house in shape. The garage needs a good cleaning, need to clean up the gravel in the back, fix all of the holes that Baby Girl put into the landscape fabric, put some screws in where the wind has blown some lattice off, and of course there is alway housework. I'm going to aim for four hours of steady moving on the weekend and at least two hours on week days.
Beautiful day today and the nursery is open so I'm off to buy some tomato plants, herbs and a few perenials to fill some holes in my flower garden. Can't plant them just yet as there is still a chance of frost but I can put them out in the day so they can start to get use to the sunshine.
