skinny mom's Journal, 13 January 2008

Well today is the end of Phase 1 for me, not too bad I lost between 5 and 7 lbs. I'm excited to eat something other than eggs for breakfast, I got my shredded wheat cereal. Tomorrow I will start adding in exercise after the disaster of the dance video.

Great job! I added in steel cut oat meal with some p. butter (natural), a few raisins, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and splash or two of ff milk, and I'm loving it! It's good for cholesterol, heart and my blood sugars stay very low with it, too. :) Go slow with phase 2, adding only a little per week so you can see how your body will react to each food. Loving your chart!! Keep up the great work!!
